Hordes of apocalypse – The melting body horror experience

Hordes of apocalypse – The melting body horror experience

Hordes of the apocalypse keeps going strong with the 80's horror theme, which turns it into a little bit of nostalgia to listen to. “The melting body horror experience” seems like they had a lot of cool ideas for songs and then crammed them all into one album instead of working on each idea to refine it more.
The lyrics are still fun to listen to and the George A. Romero feel is a pretty good theme, but it still feels a little bit like they're trying to figure themselves out. I liked the singing parts and that is something I'd like to see them develop more. The intros (and outros) to some of the songs are hilariously misleading as to what kind of music it is, but the feel of them is definitely right.
I'll give them a six out of ten as they had a lot of fun ideas that I would love to see developed but they sometimes sound a little like they're still practicing. They have potential to become pretty awesome, but it feels like they're not quite there yet.
